Begin by creating an account on our platform. If you have already created an account, just log in and start creating an advert.

Create an advert

Provide details about your motorhome and set your hire terms. Enhance your advert with high-quality photos of your vehicle.

Verify your identity

Upload your proof of identity as part of the verification process and have our experts check your advert before it gets published.

Start earning

Start receiving your first booking requests! Remember, you have full control over which bookings you accept or decline.

Decide when, to whom and how you hire out

Promptly respond to inquiries and review hirer profiles. You decide when, to whom and how you hire out. Communicate openly with travellers to finalise booking details and arrange the handover of your motorhome.

Chat with your hirers

Engage in clear and open communication with potential hirers to finalise booking details, respond to inquiries, and address any questions.

Prepare your motorhome

Ensure your vehicle is fully prepared for the hire period, including cleaning, maintenance checks and stocking essential supplies.

Fill out the GoForm

Check your insurance documents, arrange pick-up and drop-off times and finalise the rental agreement by signing and uploading the GoForm.

Hand over the keys

Walk through the vehicle with the hirer and explain its features and functionalities to ensure a smooth experience for the both of you.

During the hire

During the hire

Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience

Easily communicate with your hirers on our platform or via the Advertiser App. Prepare a motorhome manual in advance in which they have quick access to everything there is to know about your motorhome.

Stay connected

Be readily available to assist the hirer with any questions or concerns that may arise during their booking. Easily communicate via our App.

Ask questions

Check in with the hirer to ensure they are comfortable in your vehicle. This way they can inform you of any issues before they escalate.

Offer help

Be prepared to offer assistance in case of emergencies, such as breakdowns or accidents. Our support team is available to assist.

Receive your earnings

Your earnings are released 24 hours after the handover and should appear in your account in 3 to 5 working days.

After the hire

Congratulations on a successful booking!

Once your motorhome is returned by the traveller, follow a few simple steps with to complete the process and finalise your booking on our platform.

Schedule the return

Arrange a scheduled drop-off time with the hirer and conduct a thorough inspection of your vehicle together upon its return.

Sign the GoForm

Complete the GoForm and note any changes such as mileage and fuel levels and address any issues or damages, if applicable.

Release the deposit

Upload the final GoForm and release or hold the deposit, depending on whether there are any additional costs to be paid by the traveller.

Request a review

Reviews increase the quality of your advert and help you attract more booking requests. Don’t forget to ask the traveller to leave you one!
