This was my very first experience campervanning and driving a van, and I honestly couldn’t have loved it more. The van was incredibly easy and comfortable to drive, which made the whole trip feel relaxed from day one. Even my partner, who’s a seasoned campervanner, was really impressed with the design and features. It was brilliantly equipped with absolutely everything we needed — even thoughtful basics like salt and pepper, oil, washing-up liquid and cloths, which made life on the road so easy. We were both particularly impressed with the heating system, which kept us nice and toasty!
Inside, the layout was fantastic. The bed was comfy, the dining area was cosy and practical, and the two-ring hob was perfect for cooking proper meals. There was loads of storage throughout — in the kitchen, living area and the garage — so everything had its place. The fridge was impressively spacious too, easily holding a good few days’ worth of food.
The host was also a huge part of what made this experience so special. Ian is incredibly friendly, passionate and genuinely helpful, always responsive to any questions we had. His insights and tips really added to the trip and made us feel confident and well looked after.
The campervan gave us total freedom to explore the Scottish Highlands at our own pace and was the perfect mobile base. I’d honestly recommend hiring this van over a big company — you can tell it’s been built by someone who has done a lot of research and actually spent a lot of time living in a camper. An unforgettable experience, 10/10! Hope to come back again to explore more of Scotland in Art the van!

Staying in Ian and Raji’s campervan was such a lovely experience. You can really feel how much care and attention they’ve put into every little detail. Everything feels thoughtful, well-designed, and welcoming. From the moment we stepped inside, it smelled just like home and instantly made us feel comfortable.
It’s not just a campervan; it’s a space full of warmth and personality. You can tell it’s been built with love and experience. We left feeling inspired and already dreaming about our next trip in it!

What a fantastic trip with Art. The van is very convenient, everything at hand, comfortable bed, enough energy to go wild camping, and Scotland has beautiful places for that. Highly recommended. Also very nice contact with Ian and Raji, very helpful and flexible. The van made us fall in love with Scotland and with traveling by van. At first, I found driving on the left and shifting gears exciting, but I quickly got used to it.

We could not have asked for a better week driving through the Highlands in Art! Ian and Raja were amazing hosts and delivered a seamless experience for us. They were friendly, knowledgeable and approachable throughout the week. The van is in great condition and really comfortable for three people. There is great storage space and the small touches made van life really special!

Outstanding Campervan Hire Experience!
We had an amazing time hiring the campervan from Ian. From start to finish, Ian’s communication was brilliant—prompt, helpful, and friendly before, during, and even after our rental. His local knowledge was invaluable in planning our trip, collection, drop off, perfectly aligned with our flights, and his support made everything so much easier.
The campervan itself was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly easy to use. The kitchen area was well-equipped, and the seating/sleeping areas were cleverly designed for comfort and convenience. We used the van to complete our sibling Isle of Skye hike/tour and it was absolutely perfect for the adventure.
What really stood out was Ian’s thoughtfulness—he kindly stocked the van with essentials like coffee, cooking essentials, toilet rolls, and cleaning products, so we could hit the road straight away without any hassle. It’s these little touches that made the experience so enjoyable.
A massive thank you to Ian and Raji for their generous hospitality and support. We couldn’t have asked for a better campervan rental experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and well-organised rental. We’ll definitely be booking with them again in the future!

Where to begin? This isn’t just about renting a sweet van and exploring the Highlands….both of which were fantastic. It’s about connecting with Ian and Raji, who are clearly committed to providing an incredible experience for their renters. We could have chosen a variety of different vans in Goboony but decided on Art due to our interactions with Ian and Raji. They were responsive to our questions and helpful as we navigated the logistics of planning our journey. We felt like we were chatting with trusted friends. The van performed flawlessly, the bed was AMAZING and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed. After a day of exploring, it was nice to come “home”, cook a simple meal, and snuggle in out of the rain. After a thorough orientation, we drove away with confidence knowing we would have support solving any problems that might arise. As corny as it sounds, Ian and Raji are family now and will forever have a place in our hearts.
