Private Hire Rules

* Drivers must be aged 25+ and hold a full valid driving licence.
* Only drivers approved before the hire period may drive the campervan.
* Maximum occupancy of 4 people at any time.
* No smoking or vaping inside the campervan.
* The campervan must be returned with the same fuel level as when collected.
* Please remove all rubbish and personal belongings before return.
* The campervan should be returned clean and tidy inside.
* The hob, sink, worktops, and cooking equipment must be cleaned after use.
* The rock and roll bed and pop-top sleeping area should be left clean and dry.
* Muddy footwear, wet clothing, and equipment should be cleaned before entering where possible.
* A cleaning charge may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty or requires deep cleaning.
* Any damage, accidents, faults, or warning lights must be reported immediately.
* No off-road driving or driving on unsuitable terrain.
* Festivals and events must be declared and agreed in advance.
* Collection and return times must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed.
* Late returns may incur additional charges.
* Hirers are responsible for any fines, tolls, parking charges, or penalties incurred during the hire period.
* Please treat the campervan with care and respect so it remains in great condition for future adventures.
