The handover will ensure a safe and issue-free trip - take note.
Refer to the 'Book of Bruce' stored in the van for any FAQ's on how he works.
Please return Bruce with a full tank of fuel.
Obvious stuff:
Drive in a careful and responsible manner at all times.
Take care of the keys and do not leave them in the ignition when the vehicle is switched off.
Bruce hates mud outside - stick to the road or short grass when moving to / from your campsite.
Bruce also hates mud inside - remove muddy footwear before entering
Check the fridge door is securely closed and hob / sink covers are down before driving.
Pop-top:
Ensure the pop-top roof is properly lowered and fastened down before moving off - the handover will cover this.
Awning:
Do not wind out the awning if the weather is windy (this avoids damage)
Do not drive away with the awning out or awning tent attached.
Make sure the awning winding cable is stowed in its correct holder
Power cable:
Do not drive away with the electric hook-up cable connected.
Insurance:
As we have our own self drive hire insurance policy, the hirer must, within 7 days of the booking start date, supply a copy of both sides of their photocard driving licence. The address on the licence must match the one on the booking. The driver must be over 25 years of age but under 79 years of age and have held their licence for 2 years or more. We also need two proofs of address.

We had an amazing experience with this camper hire! The vehicle was clean, well-equipped, and easy to drive. Everything worked perfectly, and the pickup/drop-off process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend for a comfortable and fun road trip!

David is an excellent communicator and responded immediately to any questions or queries we had throughout our whole booking period. On pick-up, he explained carefully how everything worked and made the whole process simple and easy to follow. Bruce the campervan is in excellent condition, fully equipped with everything you need, is thoroughly cleaned on pick up and is a lovely van to drive and manoeuvre. The van - Bruce was everything we needed for a great weeks holiday. Everything was easy to use and worked so smoothly. Diesel heating meant even the winter cold was not a problem!
David was also fantastic- very eager to help with any questions or queries that did arise and responded very quickly. Very flexible with requests.

We had a fantastic time renting Bruce. The van came with absoluletly everything we would ever need (including pringles). It was very comfortable, modern and spacious. Bruce was so easy to drive.
David was so helpful and friendly during the handovers and took us through how to use all the features. We would highly recommend to anyone and will be renting Bruce again!
