House Rules – Motorhome Hire Yorkshire
Security deposit: A £1,000 security deposit is required 5 days before collection. It is refundable after inspection, subject to no damage or rule breaches.
No smoking: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the motorhome. A £500 cleaning fee applies if evidence is found.
No pets: Due to the premium condition and furnishings of the motorhome, we do not accept pets.
Toilet cassette: Must be emptied and cleaned before return. A £250 fee applies if not.
Festivals & events: Attendance is only allowed with prior written permission.
Driver requirements: Drivers must be aged 25–70 and hold a valid UK licence for a minimum of 2 years.
Fuel policy: Return the motorhome with the same fuel level as at collection. Refuelling fees apply if not.
Cleanliness: Please return the vehicle clean and tidy. A £250 interior cleaning fee may apply if the motorhome is excessively dirty.
Travel restrictions: UK travel only unless agreed in writing. Travel to certain locations may be refused.
Respect the motorhome: Treat it with care. Off-road use, overloading, or any damage caused by misuse will result in loss of deposit or additional charges.
