Terms and Conditions for Hiring Albie

Albie is supplied with a full tank of fuel and gas and must be returned the same.

A £2000 security/insurance excess deposit is required for the campervan/e-bikes. It will be refunded after safe, timely, undamaged return. Please check for existing damage before departure and report anything new not already noted.

Bluebell Farm may retain part or all of the deposit if the campervan is returned damaged or in an unreasonable condition (excluding fair wear and tear). By signing, you consent to any such costs being deducted.

You accept full liability for any claims or legal issues arising during hire. Insurance covers the named driver for vehicle damage only and excludes personal liability. We (Paul & Melanie Nash) holds no personal liability.

You are solely responsible for your safety, your group, and Albie during hire.

Please:
• Lock the campervan/e-bikes when unattended
• Stay on UK roads and use the vehicle for leisure only
• Drive responsibly and follow road laws
• Do not race or speed-test
• Do not lend the campervan/e-bikes to others
• Return on time or inform Paul/Mel of delays (late return incurs extra insurance and hire charges)
• Return it fully cleaned inside and out, as collected
• Report any issues promptly
• Do not travel outside the UK without agreement
• Stay within 100 miles per day (excess charged at £0.40/mile)

Security: You are responsible for the campervan/e-bikes and equipment. Always lock and park securely.
