Alevandro Campervan – Rules & Rental Terms

Rules
- No smoking/vaping or open flames inside
- Keep muddy boots off bedding & furnishings
- Pets welcome but must be kept clean
- Roof closed & locked before driving; always use handbrake
- Follow campsite rules/quiet hours
- Return clean: dishes washed, rubbish removed, bed stripped, water tank emptied
- Fuel tank full on return (as provided)

Insurance
- Fully comprehensive self-drive hire insurance via Markerstudy Insurance Services Ltd
- Covers third-party liability, accidental damage, fire, theft, windscreen, 24/7 claims support
- Valid UK + EU/EEA (plus Andorra, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina) for duration of hire

Drivers must
- Be 23–75 years old
- Hold full UK/EU licence for at least 2 years
- No licence suspensions in last 3 years
- Max 1 fault claim in 3 years
- Max 2 convictions (≤3pts each), no BA/DD/UT convictions

Before hire, provide
- Driving licence (UK: with DVLA code)
- 2 x proof of address (≤90 days old)
- Signed rental agreement
- Passport (if non-UK licence)

Security Deposit
- £1250 paid by main driver (bank transfer/PayPal) 48 hours weeks before hire
- Covers insurance excess, damages, excess mileage, cleaning, refuelling
- Returned within 48hrs if no deductions

Charges
- Fuel shortfall: £20 per ¼ tank
- Cleaning (if dirty): £25
- Late return: up to nightly rate + admin fee
- Extra mileage: charged at agreed rate (£0.30 per mile)
- Extra gas canister: £5

Accidents/Breakdowns
- Contact us immediately
- Take timestamped photos of any damage
- Do not drive if unsafe
