The campervan was great, and the contact with Joe was too.
When I had a question, Joe was fast in reaction and always willing to help.
The van drives fine and is complete and we had a lovely and relaxing vacation. We did have an empty battery and Joe was really great in handeling that situation and getting us some help. After that one time, we didn't have any trubble.
There is an instruction for the use of the van, that you get when you rent de van.
But what is missing is how to fill the GPL tank.

Regarding the battery, for some reason it dropped to 11.8v instead of the usual 12v. I’m not entirely sure why — it could have been something minor like the rear-view camera, air conditioning, or radio. The van has since been driven without any issues. Unfortunately, we received some incorrect advice from the RAC that day, which caused you a bit of a delay. Rest assured, the battery was never actually flat or empty and you got back to London fine the next day. Thank you for leaving the van tidy :)

Had a great week, Annabel has everything you need to be comfortable and has a great engine so tackled the hills with no problems at all. The air con in the cab and the living space definitely came in handy last week! The bed is also SO comfy and spacious we slept really well which was wonderful. Many thanks to Joe for being so flexible with pick up and drop off times and extreme patience with all my questions! I definitely recommend Annabel and her owner Joe for your campervan adventure.

Joe and the van were great - would book again and recommend to others.
Before we picked the Van up, Joe was great in replying to our questions and was very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times/ arrangement. During pick up, Joe explained everything about the Van which allowed us to quickly get on our way. Van was very clean, fully functioning and had no problems.

We had the best trip ever!
Firstly.. it was a super easy process to pick up the van. A quick code exchange and a way we go! The van was already cleaned out so this saved us a job when we got to our destination.
Hot shower, hob, toilet, oven, bed, Fridge.. what more could you want.
The van is big but not too big to the point you cannot park anywhere. A nice size to be able to park up on quiet roads. We went to the lakes & we easily found many spaces to park & even in Windermere centre.
Lastly.. we want to thank Joe (the owner of the van!). You always answered every question we had & promptly. You made this process extremely easy and we want to thank you for giving us the most amazing weekend!
We strongly recommend everyone to book this van for your next adventure.
