4 berth Volkswagen campervan from 2020

1. Driver Requirements
• Drivers must be aged 25–70 years (subject to insurance approval).
• A full UK driving licence must be held for a minimum of 2 years.
• All drivers must be approved and insured before driving the vehicle.
• Only named drivers on the hire agreement are permitted to drive the campervan.

2. Vehicle Care
• Please treat the campervan with care and respect as if it were your own.
• The van must be returned in the same condition it was provided (reasonable wear excepted).
• Any damage, faults, or issues must be reported immediately.

3. Cleaning
• The van should be returned clean and tidy inside.
• All rubbish must be removed.
• If the van is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning charge may apply.

4. Fuel
• The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned full.

5. Smoking
• Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the campervan.

6. Pets
• No pets allowed in the campervan.

7. Cooking
• Cooking inside the van is permitted using the installed equipment.
• Please ensure adequate ventilation and clean the cooking area after use.

8. Equipment & Fixtures
• All supplied equipment (awning, hob, fridge, heater, electrical systems etc.) must be used responsibly and as instructed.
• Hirers will be responsible for the cost of lost or damaged equipment.

9. Awning Use
• The wind-out awning must not be left unattended.
• It must be retracted in windy conditions to avoid damage.

10. Travel Restrictions
• The campervan is for UK travel only unless agreed in advance.
• Festivals, track events, or off-road driving are not permitted without prior agreement.

11. Overnight Use
• The campervan should only be used for responsible camping in suitable locations or campsites.

12. Breakdowns & Emergencies
• In the event of a breakdown, contact the hire provider immediately before taking action.
