House Rules
We want you to enjoy your time with Van Diesel, but please follow these simple rules to keep everything running smoothly. Breaking any of these terms may result in loss of your security deposit.
General Rules:
-No pets – keeps the vehicle clean and allergy-friendly.
-No smoking or vaping inside the motorhome.
-Minimum driver/renter age: 27 years old.
-No festivals, parties, or unauthorised events unless agreed in advance.
-No subletting or lending the vehicle to others.
Fuel & Fluids:
-Return Van Diesel with a full tank of diesel, as supplied.
-Top up screenwash and fluids if needed.
-Failure to refuel will result in a deduction from your deposit.
Cleanliness & Waste:
-Treat the motorhome with care — it’s our home on wheels.
-Return it clean inside and out.
-Empty and rinse both the toilet cassette and grey waste tank before return.
-Dispose of rubbish responsibly.
-Excessive dirt, unemptied waste, or poor condition may lead to cleaning or disposal fees deducted from your deposit.
Power & Off-Grid Use:
-Lights, heating, hot water, and fridge run off 12V battery and gas when off-grid.
-The microwave and 230V sockets work only with electric hook-up.
-Manage battery and gas use sensibly when camping off-grid.

Security Deposit:
Your deposit may be withheld in part or full if:
-The motorhome is returned dirty, damaged, or with unemptied waste.
-Smoking, vaping, or pets are detected.
-The vehicle is used irresponsibly or outside agreed terms.
