Meet Billie. The cool camper. His dimensions are small, but his actions are big.
This brave dodo is fully equipped but fits in a regular parking space. How nice is that!
Billie is a (fairly unique) cute light blue Peugeot Boxer from 2000 that radiates charm and fun. But small does not mean that it can't do anything. Billie has all the amenities that a large camper also has (bed, toilet, shower, kitchen, table model refrigerator, solar panels, large battery, hot water if desired) but is so conveniently arranged that it fits in a small camper.
Billie is ideal for couples or 2 girlfriends/boyfriends who want to go out or, don't want the hassle of a big camper but want all the comfort. Guaranteed that you will get nice comments about it when you are somewhere.
Is the sun shining too brightly? No problem, roll out the awning and have a drink in the shade, grab a cold beer or wine from the fridge and enjoy the surroundings. Beer not cold enough, adjust the temperature of the fridge via your phone.
Remote working is also possible with this camper due to the spacious indoor and outdoor table and multiple USB-C Powerdelivery charging points for charging your equipment.
Billie has a cozy outdoor seating set with all the paraphernalia that goes with it (carpet, hanging lamps for the awning, table lamp, drinks table, etc.)
This little powerhouse has recently been upgraded so that you can use it off-grid for days (permanently in good weather) until your refrigerator or water tank is empty or your gray water tank is full.
End of 2023 all pipes & taps will be replaced and billie will have a makeover. Mid 2025 an extra solar panel will be added and a 120ah Lithium battery. This will allow you to easily go off-grid for 3 days if you don't have sun. If you do have sun, or if you drive a bit, you can actually go off-grid unlimitedly.
The camper has a wet cell with toilet (cassette accessible from outside) so you don't have to look for a spot outside at night. So you can also shower inside. Experience shows that it is more convenient to shower there when you are on a campsite. If you are wild camping, you can lead the shower hose outside and shower outside ;) The camper has a Truma heater for ring heating and hot water. Here too, experience shows that you don't really use it.
Billie is 25 years young, so unfortunately you are not allowed to enter certain city centers with it and air conditioning was still optional at that time. A new fan has been installed in the roof (10 speed, 2-way, with rain sensor) which ensures a pleasant climate inside. On the back is a bicycle carrier for 2 bicycles
