Brand new, luxurious, semi-integrated motorhome Benimar Bel Air! This beautiful and well-maintained motorhome, with seating for 5, a separate shower and toilet, a separate bedroom with a luxurious bed, and fully equipped, has everything you need for your dream vacation!

General information

This semi-integrated Benimar Bel Air 496 motorhome, built in 2024, is the ideal motorhome for traveling with 4 to 5 people and is therefore ideal for couples or families with children. The motorhome requires a category B driving license (max. 3500 kg) and has 5 approved seats and beds. In the rear, there's a king-size bed, which is perpendicular (rather than perpendicular) to the direction of travel, giving you plenty of room to get in and out of bed on both sides. There's also space to change clothes, so you don't have to do this in the kitchen or bathroom. Above the seating area, there's an electric double pull-down bed with the necessary safety nets so children can sleep safely. The seating area can also be converted into an extra bed.

The length of the motorhome is 7.45 meters (+ the bicycle carrier for 2 bicycles when it is folded down), the width is 2.35 m and the height is 2.95 m.

Gas is used for cooking and heating water. The heating is diesel-powered, and the refrigerator can run on gas, electricity, or a battery (solar panel). Relax under the large awning in comfortable camping chairs that also convert into loungers. Enjoy meals or play board games at the large folding table with benches.

Furthermore, our mobile home is equipped with all accessories, so you only need to bring clothes, bed linen and pillows, toiletries and food and can leave on holiday immediately.

So, a first aid kit, everything for cooking, eating, and drinking, cleaning products, and toiletries are all ready in the motorhome. We like our motorhomes tidy, so everything is provided to keep them clean. Therefore, pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the motorhome.

1. Equipment

• Weight
Our motorhome weighs 3120 kg (with bike rack, filled diesel and 20L of water)
This is without any people, but it does include all the equipment we provide for your trip (kitchen utensils, bike rack, awning, and all the gear in the garage). This weight also includes a 20L clean water tank, a full diesel tank, and a roughly full gas bottle.
That leaves about 380 kg for people, their clothes, food/drinks and possibly bicycles.
These weights are indications, but not guarantees. As a renter, you remain liable if you exceed the maximum permitted weight (3,500 kg) and are fined for this.

• Beds
There's a double bed with a slatted base in the rear of the motorhome (150x195 cm). We call this the princess bed, as it faces the direction of travel and is located in a spacious room where you can get in and out of the bed from either side. This space can be separated from the living area with a door. There's also an electric double pull-down bed with a slatted base in the living area (140x190 cm). The sofa can also be converted into an additional single bed by lowering the table. We provide mattress protectors for both double beds.

• Sanitary facilities, cupboards and ventilation
There's a separate shower and toilet, with small cabinets for storing your toiletries and other small items. In the rear room, there are also wardrobes on the left, right, and above the bed. There are also two large storage compartments under the back of the bed. We provide special toilet paper (light and biodegradable) for you, as well as spares for the chemical toilet and the fresh water tank.

• Garage
There's a very spacious garage under the rear bed, accessible from both sides. This garage also houses the axle stands (which can be placed under the chassis to make the motorhome perfectly stable), the Thule wheel supports (to place under the tires to level the motorhome on uneven or sloping terrain), and the grip mats to help you get out of boggy ground. You'll also find a 220V adapter cable and a 20m CCE power cable. Other large items you might need, such as a hose for filling the water tank, a jerry can with a spout, and connectors, are also located there. For comfort and dining, there's a folding table (100x60cm) with two benches, each capable of supporting up to 200kg. Additional seating or lounge chairs are also available: two folding fisherman's chairs that can be placed at the table or converted into loungers/sun loungers. A maintenance-free AGM battery ensures extra long life.

• On, on and around the motor home
The motorhome has a bike rack for two (electric) bikes. The maximum load capacity is 60kg. For shade and comfort, there's a large sun canopy, and to keep things clean inside, you can lay a large groundsheet and a rubber mat in front of the motorhome. There's energy-efficient LED lighting both inside and outside, which always works, even without electricity. The motorhome is equipped with a 160W solar panel.

• Living area
There are USB ports in the living area (and also in the sleeping area for charging phones, tablets, etc.). The living area also has several additional power outlets. For security, there is central locking, including the entrance door to the living area. This door also has a window, a two-point lock, and a trash can. These, as well as all the windows, are fitted with mosquito screens, and they can all be darkened. All windows are double-glazed, and there is a turbo roof fan in the living area that can both extract and supply air to achieve the desired cooling. The heating can be turned on at any time; it runs on diesel.

• Kitchen
The kitchen cupboards are stocked with plates, cutlery, glasses (wine and water glasses), pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils. Dishwashing liquid, sponges, cleaning products, a brush, dustpan and brush, kitchen towels, a bucket, and cleaning cloths are also provided.
For cooking, there's a two-burner gas stove. There's also a sink and a large automatic refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
When connected to electricity, you can enjoy the Dolce Gusto coffee maker, which already includes a few pods to get you started. And for when you're on the go, there's a 12V mini coffee maker (plugged into the cigarette lighter) for one cup of coffee (at a time), including ground coffee.
Above the seating area, you'll find a box with a few items you can use: a clothesline with clothespins, duct tape, some converters (USB to wall socket and vice versa), and more.
For your safety, there's also a gas alarm in the motorhome. Be sure to plug it in when the gas is on.

• Driver's cabin
It's a diesel, Euro 6 compliant, and the driver's cab is also well-equipped. It features electrically adjustable and heated mirrors, cruise control, speed limiter, reversing camera, Bluetooth radio, cab air conditioning, airbags for both driver and passenger, and rotating seats.

3. Available for rent on request for a fee:
- Bed linen (made beds with fitted sheets, duvet cover & down blanket in one, pillow and pillow cover): 30 euros per double bed (2P)

4. Pick up and return
The motorhome must be picked up and returned in Dilbeek. We will provide you with a detailed explanation of how to use the motorhome. A manual with the necessary instructions and some tips, an inventory list, and our contact information is also included in the motorhome.
Leaving your car nearby is possible and at your own risk.

6. Enjoy
All you have to do is enjoy your holiday and take good care of the motorhome so that everyone can enjoy a carefree holiday for a long time to come.
