Seguro y responsabilidad por siniestros El vehículo está asegurado con cobertura a todo riesgo con franquicia. La franquicia aplicable es de 900 € por siniestro, más el 21% de IVA, calculado sobre el importe total del siniestro (Siniestro Total Final). En caso de siniestro, daño, colisión o cualquier incidente que requiera reparación, el arrendatario se compromete a abonar: • 900 € de franquicia, • + el 21% de IVA aplicado sobre el importe total del siniestro, el mismo día de la devolución del vehículo. En caso de producirse más de un siniestro durante el período de alquiler, se aplicará una franquicia independiente (900 € + IVA correspondiente al importe total del siniestro) por cada uno de ellos. Ejemplos: • Siniestro con coste total de 4.000 € → IVA 21% calculado sobre 4.000 € → el arrendatario deberá pagar 900 € + (4.000 × 21%). • 1 siniestro = 900 € + IVA sobre el siniestro total • 2 siniestros = 900 € + IVA sobre cada siniestro • 3 siniestros = 900 € + IVA sobre cada siniestro El pago deberá realizarse en efectivo o con tarjeta en el momento de la devolución del vehículo.

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
