Hi! In my outdoorsy time I love to go rock climbing, hiking, and discovering off the beaten track places on this lovely island. One of my favourite places to go in the van is the Wye Valley is it's very quiet, very beautiful, and possible to pull off an overnighter and be back in time for work!

Favourite meal to cook in the van is a traybake, using the very handy gas oven.
