We traveled with a caravan for years and have had a camper for three years now. It offers wonderful freedom, and we usually choose a direction (outside of holidays), so we don't really have a plan.
If the weather is nice and we like it, we will stay a bit longer. Should the weather turn bad or be bad, we can quickly decide whether to stay or move on!
Everything is at hand and we are not bound by time.
