Had great trip, covered lot of miles. Van worked well for 2 of us, small awning very useful, easy to erect, necessary for bit of extra space. Van very clean, had all things needed, and Nick was very helpful at hand over, and particularly with the goboony detailed process. Would be happy to hire again May 2026

I hired 'Riley' on 13th May from Nick's beautiful, rural location just off the M5 with plenty of space to safely leave my own car for the 4-day hire period. The handover took about an hour as Nick guided me through every aspect of how the van operated - gas, water, electric hook-up, pop-top roof operation, rock n roll bed, front passenger swivel seats and table. I drove down to Dorset for 4 nights as a test for my own potential campervan purchase - I loved it! The weather wasn't great so it was really cosy in the van and I particularly enjoyed being able to make a cup of tea whilst still in bed! Nick even supplied Yorkshire Teabags, coffee and sugar! Nick was an excellent host and I'd definitely recommend him and his two VW campervans to anyone considering a campervan trip. We hired Nicks transporter for a Scotland road trip. Everything was spot on. The van was clean, tidy and all the camping bits and bobs were included. We really enjoyed the trip and the van made it possible. Would definitely hire again. May 2026

The handover process with Nick was excellent, which included easy instructions to remmber to operate many of the functions included on the van. The road trip we had planned was from mid Wales all the way North to Anglesey stopping at a number of locations. Each location was fantatsic and we were so glad we opted for Nick's campervan to do this. We loved using this campervan, and was a very sad to hand back, but I would definetly recommend Nick's service as I will be using again, in the near future. We were the first people to have the pleasure of renting RILEY, and we couldn’t have asked for a better campervan. We took it on a trip around Europe, covering around 2,600 miles, and it performed brilliantly throughout. The layout is smart and makes great use of the space, with everything easy to access. The bed was comfortable and quick to set up, which made a big difference after long days. It was also surprisingly easy to drive and felt reliable throughout. The storage and onboard facilities are well thought out, making it easy to stay organised and comfortable. Nick was extremely helpful and clear with instructions on how to use the campervan, which made the whole experience even smoother. By the end of the trip, we found ourselves attached to RILEY—it truly felt like a home from home. This was my first time in a camper and Nick was very thorough in going through everything with me. The bike rack was a useful option and worked really well. The van was great, had everything I needed and was well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend and I hope to book again next year. October 2025

Nick is great, showing you how everything works before you set off. He has a helpful guide in the van if you forget anything! The van is immaculate, very well looked after and easy to drive. Nick explained all of the features of the van's equipment before we took it away. There was also a booklet with all of the relevant information in a folder which he provided. We took a trip down to Lynton in Devon. The van was ideal, as it handled all of the hills and tight bends on our journey without any issues. The drive away awning provided ample living space and storage for our trip, even though the weather was not in our favour. I would recommend this van to anyone looking for a clean and tidy vehicle in which to explore the country. September 2025

We had a great few days in Nick’s van. Very clean and he has thought of everything you might need for your trip. You could rock up with just your bedding and be fully equipped! Plates, cups and cooking equipment all supplied. Lots of handy little cupboards with everything in. Nick was very flexible, great communication from the start of our enquiry and he gave me a great ‘how to’ tour when I collected the van. We had the small awning which was ideal for a little extra space off the side of the van. Would happily book again and will be recommending Nick’s van to our friends! August 2025
