Mark was friendly, flexible, and incredibly easy to communicate. We had the van for a short two‑night winter trip, and it was cosy throughout, with the diesel heater working perfectly. The motorhome was spotless, well‑maintained, and exactly as described, which made our trip smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciated his clear guidance and warm approach throughout.
