Hello traveler! I'm Ruud, 68 years old.

After retiring, I bought this campervan rather impulsively. I'd never owned a campervan or caravan before, but suddenly the idea wouldn't let me go! I knew right away that I wanted a self-built campervan, as each one is unique and has its own character. I've never regretted it, but if you'd like to try out a campervan and this type first, this is a great way to get acquainted.

I'm a lover of city breaks and hiking, and I've been able to perfectly combine this with campervan life. There's nothing better than navigating a beautiful new hiking trail, wandering 20 or 30 km through nature, and then enjoying a beer, tired but satisfied, in your mobile home!

And in between, you'll visit cities along your route. I've been to Munich, Salzburg, Ljubljana, Vienna, Prague, Dresden, Leipzig, and Berlin, among others. And this spring, on my way to the South of France to walk the Camino, I visited Limoges, Bayonne, Lourdes, and Toulouse.

As you can see, I've been to many different places. This is exactly the type of campervan for such a thing. It's unobtrusive and maneuverable, so you can handle it anywhere. And for overnight stays, you don't have to rely on campsites. With solar panels, water, a kitchen, and heating on board, there's always a spot to go off-grid.
