We loved staying in the motorhome - we were only parked up a short way away so didn’t drive much but it suited us perfectly. Loved the seating and kitchen area and the bed over the cabin is really big. Keith was friendly and helpful. This app was incredibly glitchy and made the process awful. Good God I will never use the app again. The owner of the motorhome however is a top chap. I couldn't figure out something and he was brilliantly professional and clear about explaining how to do the thing I needed to do. Keith was a very friendly guy down to earth we found the meeting place to pick up the motorhome he turned up everything ready and we set off we had a couple of questions about the heating and hot water and a video call from Keith sorted it the 2 berth was just right for us to explore the new forest and on return no problem at all Keith returned deposit straight away if we choose to travel in new forest again we will choose Keith June 2024

Communication with Keith both before and during our trip was excellent. He is very relaxed about everything and made the pick up and drop off easy. The Motorhome is not the newest but we had everything we needed. The bed goes across at the back and has two steps to get up onto it. Once one of you has clambered over the other it was actually remarkably spacious and comfy! There are blinds, but no curtains and we never managed to cover the windscreen although there was a foil cover provided. The back area with the bed was dark and private so we didn’t bother. The toilet was great but the shower was not really an option as it required pulling up the floor and putting the water heater on. This again was not an issue for us as there were public showers at our venue and we boiled a kettle for washing up. The oven/grill was very small and we didn’t use it so if you need that facility then you may want to look for a bigger layout? We were camping with others so we used their outdoor bbq. We were not on an electric plug in and the water and leisure battery lasted us for 3 nights with no problem (solar) The gas hob and fridge (cold) were both great. Due to the layout there was a good area to sit 4 people at the front with the driving seats rotated (a bit clunky)and a small table. The best thing was that there was a spacious garage under the bed accessible from the outside which was a game changer in terms of storage. We kept our cool box, booze, shoes and coats in there which made everything work. The reason I am being so detailed about the van is because I read every review about any specific van I want to hire and need as much info as possible to see if it will work for our needs. Having arrived at our venue, Keith messaged me to tell me that my car alarm was going off….he even suggested driving over to us (45 mins) to pick up my keys if it continued! This never happened as it stopped, but the offer was much appreciated and definitely above and beyond expectations. If you want a spanking new van with all the bells and whistles then there are bigger and more expensive companies that can provide, but I am certain they would not be as personable as Keith. So, in conclusion, I would definitely recommend Keith’s set up (he has a variety of different size vans) The £1000 deposit was returned immediately. The Motorhome world is a great community based on mutual trust - and this experience proved how true that is. Thank you Keith June 2024

We had a lovely time in this beautiful motorhome, it met our needs perfectly & Keith is a wonderful host. There was just one issue with the water which Keith did his best to help us fix, as we were only away for a few nights (and had awful phone reception) we decided to not keep faffing and just enjoy our holiday - if we'd had better cell service I'm sure the matter would have been resolved ASAP as Keith always replied promptly to our messages. The Motorhome suited our needs as in 4 sleeping spaces already set up ( bring your own bedding )and dark furnishings with young kids! It wasn’t spotlessly clean, so we’re glad the cleaning fee was cheap! The vehicle is dated and slow, but this again was fine for us. Keith was helpful and promptly returned our deposit, and we would probably rent another one of his vehicles another time. It would have been a bit easier if toilet chemical was supplied as it’s costly and you’d only use a small amount. We had a lovely time away, and we’re grateful for that! First ever go at motorhoming, and found it surprisingly easy. Although it is 6 berth this Ci Carioca is small enough to drive with ease, even down some of the smaller lanes leading to very rural campsites. Much enjoyed our short holiday! Renting from Keith and his partner was a genuine pleasure. The camper was fantastic, clean and very well equipped. They really couldn’t do more to make you feel looked after and enjoy your experience. The camper came fully stocked with 2 gas bottles, bedding, camping table and chairs. They were even kind enough to stock the fridge with basic food / goodies and beer! I have rented many campers from large companies in the past, but none have been anywhere near as friendly, and helpful as renting from Keith. I was a particularly difficult customer with multiple last minute changes due to covid. But Keith was always accommodating and flexible, making a difficult time for me far, far easier. Having rented many before, I can honestly say that keith’s vans met my expectations and above, in every way. They are not the newest vans, but they are very well maintained, very clean and very well equipped. Anyone who has motorhome’d before will know that equipment/quality and friendly service are far more important than the latest van. I had the van for 5weeks and had no problems at all. What a great experience! Me and my friends decided to leave everything behind for a couple of days and rent a campervan spending some time away. Found Keith on goboony sent the request it got approved within a couple of hours and everything went perfect from there. Keith was responding really quickly and he was very helpful showing us all the bits and explained how to use them while away. This eased us into the motorhome world perfectly. We were a little nervous having never done this before and Keith patiently answered our questions. We picked up Keith's van from near Southampton just a short distance from the New Forest where we spent the first night at a pub in Britstops (highly recommended). Our second night we stopped over at the New Forest Cider place which was really great. On the next day we drove to Durdle Door in Dorset. The van had everything we needed, we all slept very well in the comfy beds. The shower and toilet are a bonus, meaning you can stay comfortably anywhere. We cooked most meals in the van (as restaurants were closed for inside eating), the cooker and fridge are excellent. Keith was easy to deal with, my concerns about the deposit were unnecessary! We enjoyed a couple of nights in EASY 2 motorhome. The layout is really good for two children. Keith was helpful and quickly returned our deposit on return. It's obviously not the newest and there were a couple of glitches. Fortunately, we checked about bedding before leaving as it's not provided as the listing states it is. April 2021

We hired one of Keith's motorhomes to visit my parents within the UK. Communication with Keith was very good from booking through to collection and on our return. He also returned the security deposit swiftly with no question. His very friendly, laid back attitude was really reassuring and made for a stress-less first motorhome adventure as a family of 4 plus dog! The layout of the particular motorhome we hired was excellent and very spacious for the four of us over the 4 days we hired it. The bunks for the children were very generous, the fridge happily able to store a good few days worth of food and drinks and the van came well equipped for all our daily needs. With chairs and tables and an awning all ready to go, Keith enabled us to have a worry-free mini break and we'd happily hire from him again in the future. The vehicle was great, with enough space for everyone and facilities which were fine - especially liked the fridge, which is big enough for easily several days food (for hungry young boys).
