Karen was a perfect host. She patiently answered every question we 'Campervan Novices' came up with. The handover went smoothly and Karen's explanations were detailed and concise. Heidi is a great Campervan. She looked after us very well, particularly on the steep and twisty Anglesey roads. We had a brilliant time. Everything worked prefectly well. What a lovely first campervanning experience! Karen was super efficient with many details about how to use the van and things to be aware of for us first timers. Heidi really looked after us and our two dogs. Plenty of space, great to drive, comfortable sleeping quarters and great cooking facilities too.
