Open, helpful, encouraging & very focused on ensuring I had a great trip & putting me at ease. Cev went to the races and was exactly what we needed, he may be a bit frayed around the edges, much like us, but got us there and back and provided just the right amount of comfort and a cup of tea at the end of long days. The handover was slick and was told everything we needed to know. We went to the New Forest for 5 days it was excellent, I'm 6'2" and could sleep in both directions and also used the shower its Compact but I'm not skinny and there was far more space then I was expecting, pleasantly surprised. The classic homely charm of the camper made it a lovely place to be. June 2025

We had such a lovely time in The CEV and exploring all its little hidden compartments. The sleeping area was spacious for one adult and would be for two and the compartment up top was a perfect hiddy hole for an 8 year old. Thanks again and my one piece of advice is use Dayinsure for insurance as it compares sites and is easy to use. Thanks Sue for a great heap of memories and I’d highly recommend the van August 2024

Hiring the camper van from Sue was made much easier than expected. She explained everything to us in person and even wrote a detailed list of things we might need to know in order to make the most of her camper van and our experience of living in it. She also, very kindly, added some extra ‘bits’ to the van including Linda’s favourite drink! Sue was very welcoming and so was her van. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to hire the van from her again and fully intend to do so for our next extended break. We cannot recommend her (and her camper van 😊) enough. If you are looking for a reliable camper and very friendly hosts then Sue and her van are for you. - The van is a bit old, but has everything you'd expect from a motorhome in good working condition. - It's easy enough to maneuver (it's not a bulky motorhome). If you're only used to drive cars, be careful of the width in tighter passages though! - It behaves well on both motorways and small country roads, so long as you stay at or under 60 mph. - It's comfortable and the space is efficiently used. - The best: Sue, the owner. She has been very nice, helpful and understanding the entire process. The insurance company made things a bit complicated at the beginning and she helped calling them and sorting things out for us. She was very arranging for the handover time and made it as convenient for us as possible. We got a breakdown at the end unfortunately, and she was very understanding and supportive, putting our well being and convenience above her vehicle. What a wonderful person! If you like this van, you can be confident the person you'll rent it from will be an absolute delight to deal with. June 2024
