First time hiring a motorhome and Mark & Lorraine made it super easy for us. Mark went through everything in thorough detail and we loved every day we spent in the motorhome. They were both very responsive to messages leading up to us meeting and gave us great hospitality at their pub before and after our trip. We took the van to Lands End campsite and Trewethett Farm campsite (views are amazing) and ultimately came away thinking our two night away was too short! The most caring people we have ever met. Mark made sure that we texted when we got to our destination as we were 2 girls traveling and wanted to make sure we were safe. Everything was explained in detail and whatever questions we had they were on the other end of the phone. We were made to feel so welcome and part of me wants to book it again just to see them! We had an amazing time renting Mark and Lorraine’s motorhome for our F1 Silverstone weekend! From the very beginning, they were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless. The motorhome was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed – perfect for a few days of motorsport and camping. It was clear they take great pride in maintaining it to a high standard. Their communication was excellent throughout, and their friendly approach made the trip even more enjoyable. Lorraine and her husband were amazing. This was our first time using Goboony so it was a lot to take in. Lorraine made it so easy and communicated so much which was amazing. The handover was through and I felt I knew everything I needed to know before we left. The Motorhome was immaculate and was fully equipped with everything you could need. Lorraine and her motorhome were both perfect! The booking experience was smooth, Lorraine was very helpful during pickup and handover process and we found the motorhome to be perfect. It's in great condition and came stocked with all the bits and pieces we needed for a weekend getaway with the kids. Simple and straightforward handover, whilst a lot of information to take in as first time motor homers, we felt at ease and able to ask questions. Stunning hone on wheees, had everything we needed and more, especially useful were the dog guards and under vehicle boards to stop our dogs from disappearing underneath the motorhome! May 2024
