Fijne ervaring. Vlotte communicatie en opvolging. Camper was in orde, bedden waren gedekt, er waren handdoeken voorzien én we kregen zelfs een welkomst-pakketje. Instructies waren helder en de mobilhome was correct uitgerust. May 2025

Sophie has been very helpful and the campervan itself is great. I did not put a higher score in stars because the camper requires some basic maintenance, not major things, which would enhance the hirer’s travel experience. I guess you can expect some minor troubles to happen in time with the usage anyway. The first day/night was a bit of a nightmare, as the fresh water tank was empty and there was no hose provided to fill it up (my suggestion is to put one in the back storage space). We arrived at a campervan area late evening and could not wash, cook or use the toilet because the water was not available. The next day, I had to run around looking to buy a water hose, which took away the best part of my first holiday morning. Then, the filled water was leaking away due to the anti-freezing valve being left open by the previous hirer. I had to disturb Sophie again and she was very helpful in explaining how to fix the valve. The hot water, we were unable to obtain and the pressure of the water in general seems too low. Perhaps the pump needs maintenance. Overall, the machine itself is solid and reliable, and we had a very enjoyable time (could have been better without the stress of the first night/day), so would definitely hire again if I had the chance.
