Being a first time user of goboony, the process of booking a van was very straightforward, and Paul was very communicative and flexible on the pickup and drop off times of the van. Any questions we had where answered in a timely fashion. The trip was short as this was our first time driving a Campervan, but there were no problems with Billy, as they were well equipped and very clean and tidy throughout. July 2025

The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure. The communication from Paul was excellent, the handovers were thorough and gave us everything we needed to enjoy our trip in what is a really lovely campervan. The vehicle itself is a pleasure to drive being an automatic and with adaptive cruise control, it makes it a pleasure cruising on the motorways. The beds are comfy and setting up for the night is really straightforward. I actually packed away each day and went out in the van locally and it was fine to pack away the bed too. If you are looking for a really comfortable campervan for your own adventure, I highly recommend renting Billy! September 2023

Billy the van was excellent - for a novice campervanner was easy to drive and in immaculate condition with all the mod cons you could need. Paul was great to deal with on sorting the hire and flexible with pick up and drop off times. I will be hiring again! June 2023
