Hi, I'm Joke.

My partner and I have been camping with our children aged 7, 16 and 19 for years. First with a tent and in recent years with our own converted campervan. The freedom and fun we have already experienced together is indescribable. We usually start with a basic plan, a travel destination (this year it was Denmark) and then we see where the craving takes us.

And that is also what I hope to pass on with Bessie, our Volkswagen van.
She came across our path by chance last year.
I had to look for a new car. At first we thought about a classic family car until I came across Bessie. I've always wanted to drive around in a van like that and then I thought 'why not?!'. The fact that she already came with a solar panel and bed/sofa was especially to her advantage :)

I enjoy riding around with her and would love to share that fun with you!
She is also my go-to when I want to get away from it all or complete an assignment without being disturbed. Then I get in and drive to where I find a beautiful spot in nature to settle down. Nothing works better to relax.
