Booking and comms with Jana was very straight forward, the VW Van is in excellent condition and perfect for the Scottish 500 road trip. Fully equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable to drive. The handover and return was very straight forward as their were no problems. Jana responded to some questions I had when I was away and she answered promptly. We were blessed with the weather and quiet roads. An excellent experience all round. April 2025

Directions for collection were very clear, as were the instructions for the van features, handover was very straight forward and overall a fantastic experience, which we will do again. The van itself was immaculate and extremely well stocked with everything we needed for our trip, and more. The solar panel was more than sufficient to charge the leisure battery during the day, so although we had reserved mains hook up at the campsite, we didn't actually need it. We used both the pop top bed and the rock and roll bed, and both were comfortable. We were also surprised by how well insulated the van was, particularly from noise from other campers on the campsite. A great holiday, very friendly service from Jana and a really lovely campervan.
