So-so experience. The vehicle we were provided with was very much ‘worse for wear’ with multiple external scrapes and scratches, as well as tatty seats in the front. The bed configuration was very uncomfortable, with the top bed permanently in place with very little head room for either top or bottom use. The radio also did not work. Apart from the usual crockery and cutlery, NOTHING else was provided. We had to buy cleaning materials, tea towels, washing up scourers etc. We also had to pay an additional £80 for use of bedding and towels. The final straw was them holding onto my £2000 deposit for a month after we had returned the van, stating this was “Policy”, as if this justified it. I will look elsewhere if ever wanting to hire a van in NI. October 2024

When we arrived to collect the Motor home it was not up to standard we had booked a 5 birth but straight away they give us a beautiful 6 birth luxury one all you need in it fridge with a small freezer, gas cooker with oven and grill and toilet and shower which was great because we did not want to book into sites everyday. Unfortunately the pump stopped working half way through the week which meant we had to use sites but it did not take the fact away it was a beautiful luxury motor home with plenty of bed space, it was also automatic and easy to drive, the downside is having to have it back for 10 am in the morning, as we were touring Galway which the scenery was outstanding. We had a great experience with Gary and Chris s campervan. The campervan was cleaned spotless. It was our first time to try out a campervan so Chris took us through all the details. The campervan itself is great with all the facilities that you need. Definitely will be coming back. P.S.: Would be nice to have earlier "check in" times when ever it is possible cause it means the customer has more time to reach destination on first night. June 2021
