As a first time motorhomer, this experience could not have been easier or more pleasurable. Ian spent over an hour taking me through the operation of the motorhome which answered all my questions. Everything was brilliant right from the start. Booking was easy and Jacqui responded to my queries really quickly. I had a very comprehensive hand over from Jacquis's daughter when I collected the van which was helpful as I had never driven or used a campervan before. Buertie was lovely to drive. We went to Germany with the reassurance that we had full break down cover while we were away and had all the paperwork that we needed to be compliant to EU regulations. Really super motorhome. Easy to drive. Great facilities throughout and I loved the bathroom set up with a separate shower and toilet, but you can close the two off to make a ‘large’ bathroom. Jacqui was great with communication before and after the booking. And because Buertie worked perfectly throughout (and the initial instructions were very clear) I had no reason to contact Jacqui throughout my trip. Would definitely hire Buertie again!! August 2023
