Sean and his partner Ella were very friendly and great at communicating with us prior to pick up and throughout the process. The van had pretty much everything we needed though the cutlery set does not have metal knives, only wooden knives (has metal forks & spoons etc) so would recommend bringing sharper knives & / bread knife with you to make life easier :) Van was very clean and easy to drive. A quick and easy handover. Sean showed us round and off we went. We went to The Gower, Wales for 2 nights. Easy to drive, easy to get set up, comfortable bed. Loved the look of it and will do it again soon. May 2025

From handover to the trip to handing back over was smooth and perfect. The campervan was clean and easy to use. It was comfortable. Sean and Ella were brilliant, from the minute we picked the van up right up until we handed the camper back. They were helpful for any minor issues we had whilst on your trip. We hired this camper and travelled up to Scotland, it was smooth to drive and really economical with fuel. The amenities within the camper were easy to use and had everything we needed. Pricing was reasonable for rent to I want to thank Sean and Ella for allowing us to rent this camper, and we will defo back!! May 2024

Hired camper for going to a festival. Great location as was only 15 mins away from our destination so dropped the car and had a quick handover. Unfortunately, collection time on ad stated 3pm but as was a handover couldn’t collect til nearer 6pm. However, communication was good and Sean was apologetic on getting timings wrong. Camper was clean and suited our needs. The fridge only works on electric and was advised not to use as would drain battery as there was no hook-up, luckily we had ice blocks but only lasted 2 days Overall was pleased and good value for money September 2023

Sean has been extremely nice, responsive and helpful. Our previous rental was cancelled a few hours before our expected depart time and when we booked Sean’s vehicle, It took less than a day to organise the rental and start our trip to Scotland. Moreover, Sean has been very helpful during the trip when we were asking for help with the camper van utilities. The van was perfect for the two of us: spacious, easy to drive, equipped with a small pan, dishes, comfortable chairs, forks, knives and spoons. We had a very good time! August 2023

Sean and Ella were really nice and also accommodating with regards to pick up and drop off times due to the event we were attending. Van was clean and it was a nice touch leaving washing up liquid and kitchen stuff in there to use. USB sockets run off the solar so no need for hook-up to charge phones etc which was handy. Penelope was a lovely campervan - ideal for 'first timers' as it was simple to use, had everything we thought we might need (although we had no idea what we needed!) and was well-thought out in design. Absolutely loved our break in the van. It was very clean and so warm we didn't need the heater in October! Sean replies to messages promptly and is always on hand to help if you aren't sure of anything whilst you're away. Highly recommend for a campervan getaway 🙂 October 2021
