GoCampa – House Rules

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please follow these rules:

✅ Driver Requirements – Drivers must be 25-79 years old and hold a valid licence, and have a clean driving record. Only named drivers may operate the vehicle.

✅ Pick-up & Return – The motorhome must be returned on time, clean, and with a full fuel tank to avoid extra charges.
Pickup time - 3:00pm
Return time - 11:00am
Late fees £50 per hour.

✅ Care & Cleanliness – No smoking inside (£200 fee applies). Shoes off on soft furnishings. Secure loose items before driving.

✅ Pets – Pre-approved pets only; they must not be left unattended. Any damage or excessive dirt will be charged.

✅ Toilets & Waste – The toilet cassette must be emptied before return (£50 fee if not). Use only approved chemicals and dispose of waste responsibly.

✅ Gas, Electricity & Safety – Turn off gas appliances when not in use. Do not tamper with gas, electric, or water systems. Be mindful of battery usage.

✅ Insurance & Breakdowns – The hirer will pay a fee of £750 for insurance excess. Contact our 24/7 support for breakdowns, more details will be given upon handover. Report any damage immediately.

✅ Festivals & Events – Must be pre-approved; additional security deposits may be required.

✅ Mileage & Travel – Stick to agreed mileage limits; excess mileage will be charged. No travel outside the UK without prior approval.

✅ Deposits & Charges – A deposit of £250 is required. Damage, missing items, or additional cleaning will be charged for.
