Double bed with two extra seats and a folding table to have breakfast inside or outside. Two gas hobs, sink with big water tank, fridge and 2 comfy camping chairs.
Be warm in the winter and cool in summer with the gas heating and air conditioning.

Fire safety kit in the van, plus first aid kit.
You have a mirror, plenty of storage, kitchen equipment, bedding and portable toilet.
