2 nights (3 nights during bank holidays & peak summer)

Driver Requirements:
– Age 21–79
– Minimum 2 years’ full UK or EU licence
– No more than 6 penalty points
– No major convictions (e.g. DR, IN, UT codes)

Fuel Policy:
Full to full – please return the van with a full tank

Cleaning:
Please return the van in a tidy condition.
– All rubbish must be removed
– Surfaces wiped down
– BBQ and cooking gear cleaned

Pets:
1 well-behaved dog allowed with prior agreement
(Pet fee may apply)

No Smoking:
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the van

Toilet Use:
If hiring a portable toilet, it must be returned emptied and cleaned to avoid a charge

Mileage Limit:
200 miles/day included (additional miles: £0.35/mile)

Festivals & Events:
Not permitted unless agreed in writing before booking

Pick-up & Drop-off:
– Pick-up: from 14:00
– Return: by 11:00
(Late returns may incur fees unless pre-booked)

Damage & Breakages:
Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately.
Security deposit is refunded post-inspection if no issues.
