Vehicle Use & Return Rules:
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all customers, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following return conditions. Failure to comply with these terms will result in deductions from your security deposit.
1. Fuel Policy – Return with Full Tank
• The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel (as it was provided).
• Failure to refill will result in a £25 admin charge plus the cost of fuel required to refill the tank.
2. Cleanliness – Interior & Exterior
• The vehicle must be returned in a clean condition, both inside and out please. Failure would require a small cleaning charge of £25.
5. Smoking & Pets
• No smoking is permitted inside the vehicle at any time.
• Pets are only permitted with prior written approval.
6. Damage & Inventory
• Any damage to the vehicle or missing items from the inventory will be assessed and charged accordingly. Deductions will be made from the security deposit based on repair/replacement costs.
