In order to ensure our rates remain viable, we stipulate a minimum hire of 3 nights.
Pick up time 3pm
Drop off time 11am
HOUSE RULES:
✅️Vehicle will be given with full tank of fuel (diesel) and must be returned the same way
✅️Vehicle must be returned clean and tidy, all bins emptied, surfaces wiped down, plates and cutlery washed
✅️No smoking allowed in this vehicle
✅️Vehicle returned with no damage
✅️Drivers are held accountable for any driving offences or parking tickets incurred during hire
‼️Failure to follow these house rules will result in deductions of the security deposit‼️
We are based close to both Glasgow and Glasgow Prestwick Airports and when possible can be flexible with pickup/drop off times and locations or arrangements to get to us. We can normally offer very good rates for this. Please ask in advance if you think you will need our help with this. If The Smiley Camper is returned late without prior agreement we will charge a late return fee of £50 per hour if it will impact the next collection time, in peak times our turn around can be tight.
It is just over 5m long with the bike rack and can be driven on a standard UK license but the driver does need to be between 25-75 with a minimum of 2 years driving experience and must provide a copy of a full clean driving license along with 2 further proofs of ID with their current address on it matching their driving license (bank statement, utility bill etc). Hirers are also required to provide an access code to the DVLA license check scheme.
Please note :
When the van is returned without any damage the deposit will normally be returned within 48hrs. Any damage to the campervan will result in the deposit/part deposit not being returned.
