If you’re wild camping you will likely use more gas than on electric hook up. If you run out of gas you will need to purchase a non refundable refill on your travels.
The cleaning fee is for laundering the bedding towels/external wash. We ask you bring the van back with the internals clean. There are cleaning products in the van.
Please note the campervan needs to be returned with the fuel full, toilet cassette clean and empty, grey water emptied and clean water refilled. This means you’ll need to stay at a campsite on the last night before returning the van in order to use their facilities or find facilities to use on route back to Edinburgh.
The van is NOT LEZ (Low Emissions Zone) compliant. These zones are usually in city centres, you must not enter these zones or you incur a fine.
Please note the van is not fitted with winter tyres and it’s advisable not to hire in winter months if you plan to go anywhere with snow.
