Vehicle must never be left unlocked. Please remember to keep the key on you at all times.
Vehicle has to be returned with full fuel tank, gas tank charges apply if not returned full.
All tanks (grey water tank and water tank) must be emptied prior to return £100 charge if not emptied, there is an additional charge of at least £100 if toilet waste is not emptied and toilet cleaned (this price may vary depending on condition, toilet waste has to be emptied on a site therefore you are charged for entry to site, timing etc). It is recommended that you stay at a campsite on your last night to ensure all these things are done correctly.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as given (in terms of cleanliness) if this is not adhered to there will be a minimum charge of £100 (again, this may vary depending on condition). All rubbish/food must be disposed of before returning the van. We understand you may visit beaches on your travel but please take the necessary steps to remove any sand or dirt from the inside of the vehicle.
Dogs are welcome, an additional cost of £40 per pet is required and our pet policy must be signed. We must also be informed of the pet prior to collection.
Collection times from 5pm - 7pm
Return time is 7am - 11am
The vehicle is fitted with a tracker which monitors speed and location. No off road driving as this invalidates the insurance. We must be informed immediately (when safe to do so) of any damage or this may result in additional charges.
If there is two drivers on the policy, both drivers must be there at collection with photo ID or they will not be permitted to drive. Paperwork must be sent to us 7 days prior, if it’s not sent 48hours prior your booking could be cancelled. Last minute bookings must be sent before 5pm or cancellation costs apply.
