1. Return Time

Return by the agreed time stated in your rental contract (10AM).

Late returns may incur extra hourly or daily fees.

⛽ 2. Fuel Policy

Our company requires a “full-to-full” tank policy.

Return the van with a full fuel tank.

Keep your fuel receipt as proof.

If not full, you’ll likely be charged for the missing fuel plus a service fee.

💧 3. Water and Waste Tanks

Freshwater tank should usually be filled.

Sink/shower waste and toilet tanks must be emptied and cleaned before return.

Some companies charge a cleaning or sanitation fee if tanks aren’t emptied.

🧽 4. Cleaning

Interior should be swept, surfaces wiped, fridge emptied, and trash removed.

Exterior washing isn’t always required unless excessively dirty.

A cleaning fee may apply if returned in poor condition.

Return all included items (camping chairs, kitchenware, bedding, etc.).

Missing or damaged equipment may result in deductions from your deposit.

📸 6. Damage Inspection

A staff inspection will compare the vehicle’s condition to the check-out report.

Take your own photos/videos when returning the van to avoid disputes.

💰 7. Deposit & Charges

The security deposit is refunded after inspection, typically within a few days.
