Welcome!
Pegasus is a hand-crafted 1-of-a-kind converted camper van finished June 2025, perfect for wild-camp/off-grid adventuring in comfort. We’re based in the Heart of the Highlands, Inverness, just 20 minutes from the airport, launch pad for the world famous NC500, The Isle of Skye, Outer Hebrides, Orkney or Ben Nevis and Glencoe.
We’re Raji and Ian, experienced van-travellers and Goboony Camper hosts. I’m an Artist so we tend to have a rotating gallery in the camper to keep things fresh. Ian is a climbing and mountaineering instructor (MCI) so he can definitely help you plan your adventures (if requested!).
We built Pegasus with compact luxury and flexibility in mind. He's a comfy, cosy, luxy friend to return to from big adventures for a good meal and a cold beer or wine, for lazy mornings with coffee by the ocean and for touring the incredible wilds of Scotland and beyond.
Fuel efficient, ultra-reliable and fun to drive, he fits into off-grid camp spots other bigger vans don't and £50 of fuel gets you around the NC500 easily (60mpg+).
We’ve built, travelled in and rented out campers for a few years now and hold a flawless 16/16 five-star review record for our other van, ‘Art’. If you decide on a bigger van or would like to check out the reviews on Art’s Goboony listing for who we are, just search 'Art Goboony Inverness'.
We understand you’d like to make the most of your trip away so we will always try to be flexible with early pick-ups and late drop-offs whenever possible.
