Fuel: Comes with a full tank—return full to avoid fuel and service charges. Return Location & Time: Return to the agreed place on time. Late returns may incur fees (£75–£125) or compensation if the next hire is disrupted. Cleanliness: Return the van clean. Tidy interior, no rubbish, clean kitchenware. Charges apply for smoking (£220), pet hair (£135), or deep cleaning (£65–£250). Exterior Cleaning: No automatic car washes. Only clean exterior if very dirty—ask if unsure. Mileage: Stay within your agreed mileage. Excess mileage will be charged. Off-Road Use: Strictly prohibited. Off-road use may lead to deposit loss and cleaning or repair fees. Return Inspection: We check fuel, mileage, cleanliness, damage, and inventory. Be present if possible. Equipment: Return all items in original condition. Lost or damaged items charged at replacement cost. Insurance & Damage: Insurance is included; you're liable for the excess. Misuse or off-road damage may not be covered. Repairs/Charges: Damage fees: minor interior (£25–£100), major (£150–£500+), exterior (£200–£1,000+), or mechanical (based on repair cost). Smoking, Fire & Pets: No smoking, vaping, or flames inside. Pets only with approval; cleaning fees may apply. Emergencies: Use provided roadside service. Report accidents with details and photos. We had an excellent experience staying in the camper van. From the very start, Carina and Scott were incredibly responsive to any questions we had and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Their attention to detail really shows in the vehicle; everything was spotless, well thought out, and we felt completely safe and secure both driving and staying in it. We took the van to the Isle of Skye, and it was the perfect way to explore. The van was comfortable, reliable, and easy to manoeuvre from one destination to the next. Carina was a fantastic host. She went above and beyond when checking in to make sure we understood exactly how all the facilities in the van worked. She communicated perfectly before checking in etc. and Carina and her husband were really helpful with any queries we had during our time with the van! Carina was warm, friendly and very understanding. She provided extra blankets, towels, and all that is required to camp. Also, a swift pick up and drop off. The Bluetooth speaker and games were especially useful. The tent is spacious and an awesome alternative to fighting with poles, etc. 10 mins and you are ready. Van is great on fuel, too.
