The Road House is a beautifully converted to a high spec, VW Transporter T6 providing you with comfortable, spacious and modern clean living with everything you need to have your very own adventure in style.

We are based in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, Inverness where we have lived for over 30 years and have the NC500 literally on our doorstep. Our campervan is ideal for those looking to venture around this famous route experiencing what the Highlands has to offer. If the NC500 is not what you fancy, no problem! Our campervan is fully insured to also explore destinations of your choice across the UK with the A9 and A82 both assessable within minutes of collection.

Ensuring you have the best experience possible we offer a well equipped "house on the road" that comes with bedding (duvet, pillows & sheets/sleeping bags for children) including a cosy blanket, fridge/freezer, two burner gas hob, gas bottle, sink, Nespresso coffee machine including complimentary pods, Samsung Tablet with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, remote LED colour changing lighting, spot lighting, kitchen equipment, black out curtains, windscreen black out cover, electric hook up, mini washing line including pegs, mini hoover and board games.

The Road House is perfect for a romantic getaway, a friends adventure or small family road trip sleeping up to 4 people (2 adults/2 small children) The VW embroidered seats in the front swivel into the living area when parked not forgetting the back seats that are used for travelling and chilling through the day changing into a comfortable rock and roll double bed by night. The pop top roof also elevates when parked up to really enhance and open up the living space allowing you to fully stand up, ideal for during the day with the area converting into a second double sleeping area at night. You can choose between sleeping zipped up cosy or open when dry enabling you to really feel like your sleeping under the stars.

Our campervan is fully insured, comes with full breakdown cover along with relevant gas/habitation certificates.

We are only 15 minutes from Inverness Airport, 10 minutes from Inverness train station and once you have collected our campervan you are 10/15 minutes from accessing main NC500 routes along with the main A82 and A9 trunk roads.

Car parking is also available at our property free of charge while you are hiring our campervan. If you also look to unpack before you set off on your adventure but don't want to take your empty suitcases with you we offer suitcase storage at no extra charge! (request upon booking).

* Booster seats for children can be added onto any booking for a small additional cost.

Our campervan is provided with electric hook up where you will require a "hard standing electric pitch" when booking into campsites, unlimited cooking gas and unlimited mileage at no extra charge. We provide your hire with a full fuel tank of Diesel so you can set off on your travels straight away, all we ask is that you return the vehicle with a full tank at the end of your trip

Please note drivers must be over the age of 25 and have held a UK/EU Driving Licence for 2 years or more
Upon booking we require two proofs of address, this address must match the name and address on your licence. A driving licence check will also be carried out for insurance purposes.
