📝 House Rules for Your Campervan Adventure

Thanks for booking my Nissan Elgrand campervan! To make sure you have the best trip possible — and everything runs smoothly for both of us — please take a moment to read through these simple rules.

🛣️ Driving & Use
• Driver age: 25–75 with a full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years.
• Fuel: The van will be supplied with a full tank of petrol — please return it full. Any missing fuel will be charged at pump price plus a small admin fee.
• Mileage: [Include if there is a daily mileage limit — if unlimited, say so].
• Insurance: Fully comprehensive insurance is included. In case of breakdown or accident, use the contact details provided.

🏕️ On the Road
• No smoking inside the van.
• No pets [or adjust if you’re pet-friendly].
• No festival use without prior permission.
• No off-road driving – this van is for roads and gentle gravel tracks only.
• Cooking: Only use the built-in gas hob. No candles or open flames inside the van.
• Toilet (if included): Must be returned clean and emptied, or a £50 charge will apply.

🧹 Clean & Tidy
• Please return the van in the same clean condition you received it in – just a quick sweep and wipe is fine.
• Excessive mess or unclean return may incur a £40 cleaning charge.

🕒 Returning the Van
• Return time: By [insert return time, e.g. 11:00am] on the last day of your hire, unless otherwise agreed.
• Fuel: Full tank of petrol on return, please.
• Damage: Any damage or breakages should be reported honestly. Charges may be taken from your deposit in line with Goboony’s terms.
• Late return: Please let me know ASAP if you’re running late. Unauthorised late returns may incur a fee of £50 per hour.
