Things to Remember:
1.Please don't tighten the slack lines on top of the pop-top canvas — make sure the fabric is tucked neatly behind the straps and not caught underneath or it can tear or become damaged.
2. Don't leave anything on when the engine's off. Always double-check that all lights, the radio, and chargers are off before leaving the van. The radio might stay on silently, and the lights may not beep if the doors are still open — so please manually switch everything off. If the battery drains, it can permanently damage it, and a portion of your deposit would need to cover the
cost.
3. Secure loose items. Avoid leaving anything in the back that could roll or swing into the kitchen unit or fridge while driving - it can cause scratches or dents.
4. Always use a chopping board
Cutting directly on the unit will damage the surface — please use a chopping board (supplied) every time.
5. To avoid a £50 cleaning fee, please give the van a quick clean before returning.
That includes:
• Wiping down the hob and sink
• Brushing or wiping the bed/seats and floor. Removing all food, rubbish, and any sand/dirt under the bed
• Cleaning out the fridge
6. If it's muddy, a quick rinse helps at the petrol station, and also return with a full tank of fuel.
7. If you have used the bedding, please pop them in a bag or have them folded at the front so I can take them easily.
8. Damage outside of normal wear and tear will be taken from deposit.
9. Late returns
Ií you're more than 30 minutes late, a late fee of £10 per 30 minutes will be deducted from your deposit - just to help manage the knock-on effect for other bookings. Try to let me know in plenty of time if your are running late.
