The insurance policy (included) covers the insured vehicle while it is rented out, subject to the following terms and conditions:

The driver must meet the specified age limit and have at least 2 years of driving experience (full UK, EU, AU, and NZ licenses are covered as standard ).

The insured shall verify the identity and permanent address of the hirer and any other permitted driver by means other than relying solely on the information contained in the hirer or driver's driving licence and that such person is not amongst the excluded persons enumerated below.

Two forms of ID must be obtained for every driver. The following documentation is acceptable as proof of address, alongside one utility bill or statement. Both proofs of address must be dated within 90 days of the hire date and should match the address on the driving license.

Copies, both front and back of the driving licence must be retained either digitally or a hard copy and for licences issued from the mainland UK the DVLA online license check must be carried out and a copy retained either digitally or a hard copy

The insured vehicle shall not be let out on hire or be driven by:
Hirers under 23 or over 79 years of age
Hirers who have not held a valid United Kingdom or EU driving licence for 2 years.

Insurance will cover USA, CAN, and SA license holders, provided they have a minimum of 4 weeks of previous UK driving experience, which must be documented.

All collections and returns are made from 20 Bingham Avenue EH15 3HZ, Edinburgh.

The pick-up time is flexible, so let us know when you’d like to collect and return the campervan.

Keep the interior of the van clean and tidy. Please empty the toilet before returning. If this is not done, a £40 fee will be deducted from your deposit.

We provide the campervan with a full fuel tank and a full heating fuel tank; please return both with full tanks.
