Motorhome Hire – House Rules & Charges

To keep our motorhome in great condition for all guests, please follow these rules. Charges will be deducted from your security deposit if they apply.

Fuel

Return with a full tank of fuel – If the tank is not full, the cost of fuel plus a £25 refuelling fee will be deducted from your deposit.

Fuel in water tank – If fuel is mistakenly put into the water tank, you must tell us immediately. This will immobilise the vehicle until the tank is removed and cleaned. Charge: £500.

Mileage

Your hire includes 150 miles per day.

Additional miles are charged at 30p per mile.

Cleaning and waste

Please return the motorhome clean and ready for the next guest. Charges apply if the following are not completed:

Empty grey waste £50
Empty and clean chemical toilet waste £100
Excessively dirty interior or exterior £25–£100
Clean fridge/freezer £25
Clean cooker, hob or grill £25
Clean shower and toilet compartment £50
Remove mattress stains (deep clean) £50
Evidence of pets in the vehicle £250
Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle £250

Damages and breakages

Must be reported immediately. Costs will be deducted from deposit.

The vehicle is not insured to attend festivals. Your security deposit will be lost if this rule if not adhered to.

Additional Notes

All charges are per incident and are in addition to the cost of any repairs or replacements if required.

Collection and return times are as agreed at time of booking. Late return fee £30 per hour.
