Campervan Hire – House Rules

To help everyone enjoy a smooth and safe experience, please take a moment to review our house rules:

No Smoking – Smoking or vaping inside the van or roof tent is strictly not allowed.

Pets Welcome (With Approval) – Well-behaved pets may be allowed with prior agreement. Please let us know in advance.

Respect Return Times – Please return the van at the agreed time to avoid late fees and allow us time to clean and prep for the next guests. ( prior to booking we can arrange times that suit your trip)

Fuel Policy – Return the van with the same fuel level as when collected. Additional charges apply for refuelling.

Clean & Tidy – Please return the camper in a reasonably clean condition. Extra cleaning fees may apply if returned excessively dirty.

Off-Road Use – The camper is not for off-road driving. Stick to proper roads and tracks only.

Roof Tent Use – Always follow setup instructions for the tent box. Close and secure it properly before driving.

Solar & Battery Use – Enjoy off-grid freedom, but please monitor power usage to avoid draining the battery.

No Festivals Without Permission – Please ask us before taking the van to large events or festivals.

Driver Requirements – All drivers must be pre-approved, meet age and licence conditions, and be insured through our policy.

Report Any Issues Promptly – If anything goes wrong during your trip, let us know straight away so we can help.
