Pick up and Return:
Collection of the camper van must be no earlier than 2pm on departure date unless prior agreed with us. This is due to our tight schedule of cleaning and preparing our campervans to a high standard,
Return of the camper van must be no later than 11am on the return date. You will be charged for late return.
➢ 1-2 Hour £50 plus any additional insurance charges.
➢ Over 2 hour’s daily rental fee plus any additional insurance charges.
➢ The Fuel policy is Full tank to Full tank. You will be given a full tank as you leave and must return with a full tank.
Note: It really important if you are running late you inform us ASAP

Insurance requirements:
Drivers 21-79 years old with 2 years UK, EU, Australian & New Zealand licence experience
To arrange the insurance, the Owner can request a copy of your driver's license, proof of address, and for UK licenses, a DVLA check code. Please check with the Owner on specific requirements, if you don't hold a UK or EU driving license.

It is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure that necessary child seats are used in the Vehicle if carrying children.
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Pets are permitted in any vehicle dedicated ‘pet friendly’ camper van and this must be booked in advance. We will only allow one medium sized dog or two small dogs in the dedicated pet friendly camper van and this must be agreed before booking. An additional £50 cleaning charge applies to any hires for the ‘pet friendly’ camper van. Any breach of these terms will result in a one hundred pounds (£100) charge which will be deducted from the security deposit.

If the traveller cancels a confirmed Booking, they will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the Rental Agreement. The advertiser will receive any remaining cancellation costs after Goboony's service fee and booking costs have been deducted.
The deposit is fully refunded when the booking is cancelled.
