Your campervan is ready to go with a full tank of fuel and ask you return it with a full tank

Please dispose of all rubbish, though we can help with recyclable items on check out if you can't find anywhere to recycle on the road
Inventory list is completed upon check out as well as a walk through of the vehicle on both check in and check out.
Deposit relates to insurance claims/accidents/damage no deposit is retained in the event of breakdown being required.
We understand accidents happen, so ask you notify of any small breakages or damage to items
In the event of missing items, we would deduct the item value on the inventory list from the deposit
In the event of the campervan being returned with major internal damage or soiled this would be deducted from your deposit to bring the campervan back to the condition it was hired out in
If specialist/deep cleaning is required this would be deducted from your deposit
Toilet is an optional add on

Dubois
We had such an amazing time around Scotland with Ellie's van, which had all the amenities needed to have a comfortable journey. The van was really cosy and well equipped.
Ellie was really reactive and flexible to all of our requests. I would definitely recommand her and rent her van again for another trip.
