House Rules:

- Please ask if you want to hire a 12v/240v cooler bag as this can be provided for a fee of £40 per trip.

- Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of diesel as it was given out. We appreciate that may not always be possible, but a £2.00 a litre charge will be deducted to replace the fuel.

- Vehicle must be returned in a clean state, with any rubbish safely stored in the plastic sacks provided. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from deposit

- Any unwanted smells, sick, or deep cleaning required will result in a £100 charge over the cleaning charge deduction for deep clean / steam.

- Our vehicle and yourself will be photographed together on departure and on return will be checked. Any items over and above fair wear will be agreed and charged from the deposit before you leave. All photos of people will be deleted after the hire period.

- The MP is fitted with a comprehensive Mercedes Tracker. A call to us should you have any difficulties, will allow us to offer help, support or sort assistance if required.

- A secure and gated location is available for your own car while on holiday in our MP.

Richard was very accommodating, we arrived later than planned in the evening to collect the motor home which wasn’t an issue for him. We spent four days in the Lake District and the motor home was just perfect, ideal for the two of us, it was super comfortable, cosy and very good on fuel too. Richard and his wife had taken the time to make sure there was everything we needed for our road trip and a bottle of bubbly was waiting for us, thank you to them both August 2024
