Please take note of the house rules below before making a booking with us.
Evening collections are preferred but a suitable timeslot can be arranged when booking.
The van can be dropped off with you rather than collecting from us for a small mileage charge, saving you the need to pack twice and allowing you to do so at home.
Please enquire if you would like to use this service.
Your vehicle can be parked on my driveway in a quiet cul-de-sac for the duration of your stay and is covered by my Ring door bell.
Please ensure the fuel is filled to the level it was before your trip, this will be agreed on handover. If it is not then there will be a small charge to make up the difference.
Please ensure that adblue is full before you return. If it is not then there will be a small charge to make up the difference.
Please ensure the van is cleaned to the standard it was when you collected it, any additional cleaning needed on return will be subject to a cleaning charge.
Pets are allowed, but please enquire before booking and make sure to adhere to the cleaning requirement above.
Smoking is not permitted within the vehicle.
The van does feature a side awning which can be used during your hire period. A demo will be given on this before your trip but do not use the awning in windy conditions as this can cause serious damage to the awning and the van. Any damage caused will be your responsibility so please be mindful of the conditions you are using this in.
Mattress toppers for the bed and pop top can be provided for a small charge but please enquire before your trip.
Firepit is also available for hire for a small charge, but please ensure you can use it at the sites you intend to visit.

Super smooth pickup. Alex showed us everything we needed to know about the campervan and was on hand when we had questions as campervan novices. We travelled down to Cornwall stopping in Derbyshire and Devon along the way. On the way back we stopped in the Cotswolds. Such a great way to see the country, we've definitely got the bug now!

The hand over was very comprehensive and as a novice camper van user all the functions of the van were fully explained and demonstrated. We drove to the boarders in comfort the van drives like a car. As novices we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. All aspects of the van worked well. It was comfortable and functional. I would recommend a mattress for the rock and roll bed. There is plenty of space to pack all the things you need for your trip. Alex was extremely helpful throughout the process.
