You will be renting our family motorhome with everything in its place ready for your adventure

We ask that you treat our Motorhome with great care whilst enjoying yourselves :-) and return it in a reasonably clean condition.

Please refrain from using dirty footwear inside the motorhome.

Please ensure all equipment is clean and any breakages or missing items are reported.

Do not clean or wash the outside of the motorhome. This is a specialist process and you could damage it.

The grey waste and freshwater must be fully emptied prior to return. All toilet waste must be disposed of, and the carrier must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

Charges will apply for those that fail to clean out their waste.

Returning your vehicle

Vehicle to be hired with a full tank of Diesel please returned with a full tank of fuel
Motorhome clean inside
Grey water waste tank to be emptied.
The toilet is clean and the cassette is empty.
All ancillary equipment supplied is to be returned with the vehicle
Issues/Breakages to be reported
If we have allowed you to take a pet the vehicle it should have been cleaned to leave no evidence.

Charges if you don't follow the rules

Fuel - Fuel cost plus £35
Toilet not clean and or not emptied - £75
Grey waste not emptied - £25
Vehicle not clean (inside) - £100
Vehicle not pet clean - £100
Oven/Hob and Fridge not clean - £60 each
Evidence of smoking or vapiong £250 - £750 (please don't smoke or vape)
Missing items/Breakages - Cost of item
